Warranty
Supplier's Warranty: All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalized items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. These warranties are in addition to those implied by law.

Delivery
When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. We dispatch weekdays and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our dispatch point. Due to stock availability of some products, please allow 28 days for their delivery. In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site.
